WARREN — Police received a report Tuesday about a Peerless Road SW women receiving an obscene video through a social media message on her cellphone.

The woman, 43, told an officer the person who send it was a girlfriend of a deceased cousin. The woman has custody of the cousin’s two children through Trumbull County Children Services, the report states, and the other woman will not leave her alone.

The obscene message came sometime after July 8, and the woman was given options about filing charges.
