Twitter reaction to Big Ten win over Illinois

Indiana opened the season Friday night with a last-minute 23-20 Big Ten victory over Illinois.

Shaun Shivers scored on a 1-yard run with 23 seconds left to give the Hoosiers the victory. The closing drive consumed 75 yards, more than IU had gained the rest of the second half.

The Hoosiers didn’t win a Big Ten game last season, last nabbing a league victory in December 2020.
