Manus AI and Heicoders Academy have partnered to launch GA100: Generative AI & Agentic Systems, a new AI agent upskilling course for working professionals in Singapore.

The partnership aims to address Singapore’s goal of accelerating AI readiness by equipping mid-career professionals, particularly those aged 25 to 45, with practical skills in designing, building, and deploying AI agents applicable to business environments.

Course details

GA100 is described as Singapore’s first hands-on AI agent course, focusing on the use of Manus AI, a platform that enables the design, deployment, and operation of autonomous AI agents. The six-week programme features 24 hours of live, practitioner-led lessons, along with guided laboratory sessions and direct mentorship from practising AI engineers.

Throughout the curriculum, learners develop their own AI agents capable of planning, acting, and automating tasks across various domains, including research, operations, customer engagement, and data analysis. The design of the course is based on the plan, act, and reflect cycle, teaching students how agentic AI systems make decisions and adjust according to feedback while managing multiple tools in real time.

Graduates complete GA100 with a personal portfolio of applied projects that are designed to demonstrate measurable business impact. Example projects include a property investment dashboard for Singapore using geospatial and optical character recognition analysis, as well as use cases covering retail site selection, logistics routing, school catchment analytics, tourism planning, urban mobility mapping, and sales territory optimisation.

Certification and support

Participants who finish the programme will earn a Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Certificate, a nationally recognised credential in Singapore that verifies generative AI skills. Eligible Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above can use SkillsFuture Credits to offset course fees. Additional support is available through the NTUC’s Union Training Assistance Programme, the Post-Secondary Education Account for younger Singaporeans, the Enterprise Innovation Scheme for businesses, and the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit for employers. Prospective applicants are advised to consult scheme administrators for details on eligibility and claims.

Industry perspectives

Beh Min Yan, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Heicoders Academy, said:

“Agentic AI is moving beyond hype into real-world adoption. GA100 is designed for practitioners – learners don’t just learn about AI agents; they build and apply them to solve real business challenges.”

Zhang Tao, Co-Founder at Manus AI, commented on the collaboration:

“We are excited to support Heicoders in equipping Singapore’s workforce with production-grade agent skills. By putting Manus AI directly in the classroom, professionals get hands-on with the planning, acting, and orchestration patterns that matter in real environments.”

Broader strategic context

The partnership is intended to combine Heicoders Academy’s practitioner-led educational approach with access to Manus AI’s agent platform, supporting the goal of raising the standard of AI education and deployment in Singapore’s professional sector. Manus AI, which relocated its global headquarters to Singapore in July 2025, is valued at USD $500 million and is backed by Benchmark. The company views Singapore as a regional hub for agentic AI and will collaborate with Heicoders Academy as its exclusive education partner in the country.

The course aims to advance mid-career professionals beyond basic prompt engineering, enabling them to master the use of agentic AI as a practical tool in addressing everyday workplace challenges. Through such collaboration, the partners aim to promote the wider adoption of agentic AI skills in Singapore’s workforce and support the country’s broader technological development.
