Forget boring fruit jellies. Strawberry, raspberry and apricot are so 2020. TikTok has brought us honey jelly, and we’re never looking back.
Frozen Honey Jelly is just frozen honey. Yeah, that’s literally it.
Once it’s frozen, it makes the perfect sweet, refreshing ice-lolly that’s going to cool you down on a hot day.
Although, it’s definitely not great for your teeth. Honey is made of pure sugar, so it’s probably best to consume this in small quantities.
How to make Frozen Honey Jelly
Making Frozen Honey Jelly is really easy…
- Pour the honey into a plastic bottle.
- Put it into the freezer until completely frozen.
- Now squeeze the frozen honey out the top of the bottle and enjoy your sweet snack!

You can add food colouring
If you want to make the jelly a little more interesting, you could even add food colouring.
Just add a few drops to your honey bottle and you can have blue, pink, green, purple or even black Frozen Honey Jelly.
To take it a step further, you could even add different flavourings, like strawberry or watermelon. The possibilities are endless with this recipe!
