Nisha Patel Gupta has returned to Dechert as an intellectual property partner in Silicon Valley, the firm said Thursday.
Gupta focuses on patent litigation matters and represents technology, medical device and pharmaceutical companies, Dechert said.
She rejoins the firm after serving as in-house counsel at LinkedIn, according to Dechert.
