Google has partnered with Reliance Jio to roll out free access to Gemini AI Pro for all Jio 5G users. This update removes the earlier age restriction that limited the offer to users between 18 and 25 years old. The collaboration aims to make advanced AI tools more accessible to millions of users across India, aligning with Jio’s ongoing push to democratise digital innovation.

18-Month Gemini Pro Offer to All Users
Initially launched as a youth-focused initiative, Jio has now expanded the complimentary offer to every user with an active 5G plan. Eligible customers can activate the 18-month free Gemini AI Pro subscription directly through the MyJio app.
How to Activate the Free Gemini AI Pro Plan
1.Open or install the MyJio app on your smartphone.
2.Tap the Early Access banner on the home screen and select Claim Now.
3.A browser window will open with the offer details—scroll down, tap Agree, and confirm your activation.
4.Once completed, open the Gemini app to verify that your Pro plan has been successfully enabled.

What the Gemini AI Pro Plan Includes
Priced at ₹1,950 per month, the Gemini AI Pro plan offers access to Google’s advanced Gemini 2.5 Pro model. It also provides higher usage limits for AI-generated images and videos using the Nano Banana and Veo 3.1 models, enhancing productivity and creative workflows for users.
