Welcome back to Faculty 101, a University of Nebraska–Lincoln podcast that offers a listen into the pursuits and perspectives of Husker faculty.

Hosted by Mary Jane Bruce, these stories explore how our faculty got here, what they’ve learned along the way, and why they do what they do as part of the university community.

Kyle Langvardt is a First Amendment scholar and a member of the Nebraska Governance and Technology Center at the University of Nebraska College of Law. In this episode, Langvardt talks about the complex issues related to free speech and governance of social media, and why it’s important for students and universities to study them.
